My name is Justin Linzy; I came to the Speed Performance Program hoping to maximize my speed. I knew if I came and worked hard I would reach my goals of running fast times for the up-coming track season. I previously was enrolled in the Mercy Acceleration Program of Toledo. During summer of 2006, I went from 20 mph to 21.5, which gave me great benefits at the start of the track season. Since working with Steve and the Speed Performance program this summer in just nine training sessions I have gone from 20 to 26 mph. I can?t imagine the types of times I will run this winter and spring. The Speed Performance program has taken me to another level as a sprinter. The treadmill along with the vibration platform teaches your fast twitch muscle fibers to completely fire at once, giving you the most explosive force you have ever experienced. Running on the specially designed treadmill with a slightly over-emphasized form and focusing more on your form will show how to stay efficient and powerful throughout the race.
